Our Management Services

We have three main goals: protect your property, maximize your annual revenue, and provide excellent customer service and a clean, beautiful beachfront condo for our guests' vacation experience so they can make great memories and will return year after year. 

How do we accomplish these goals? We are constantly working with wonderful housekeeping and maintenance companies to protect your property by keeping it clean and very well maintained. Our guests quickly realize that we are provide a quality beachfront condo for their vacation and we are very responsive to any concerns that they have.

We are able to maximize your revenue because we offer quality condos at very competitive rates. We offer specials and discounts throughout the year so by the end of the year, we have built quite a revenue for our owners. We increase occupancy during the off -season through a combination of effective pricing strategies and extensive marketing efforts.

We also control how many units of different floor plans we manage at any one complex as well as how many total units we manage at different complexes. This allows us to offer a variety of unit types at various complexes while at the same time not creating competition for ourselves by managing too many condos in one complex.

We want our guests to come back year after year. We have a hands-on approach to each reservation. Our team is very friendly and we understand the importance of finding the right condo for each guests' vacation preferences. We realize that our guests work hard for their vacation time and disposable income and we are honored that they have chosen to spend them with Panama City Condo Vacations. We are proud that we get many, many compliments on our guest services as well as the simple fact that we personally answer the phone, answer e-mails promptly, and provide a 24/7 emergency contact number. 

We also offer what every other management company offers (or should offer): detailed monthly accounting of revenue, commission and expenses; on-time monthly owner payouts, copies of maintenance invoices without markup, accurate and on-time detailed reports and 1099s at tax time. We also offer each owner access to a very robust owner portal, where they can view bookings, revenue, availability and make owner reservations. Additionally, we offer direct deposit option for their revenue payout. 

One goal that we don't have is to be the biggest management company on the beach. We simply want to do an excellent job for the owners that entrust us with their properties and provide an excellent vacation experience for our guests. If you are interested in our management services, please give us a call.
